Telehealth Services

A convenient way to connect with a licensed provider — when you need it most.

 

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows patients to consult with a licensed healthcare provider remotely to assess and treat certain medical conditions — without needing to visit a doctor’s office in person.

Depending on the type of consultation, care may be provided in two ways:

  • Live (synchronous) visits: A real-time, two-way video appointment where the provider can see and hear you, similar to an in-person visit.

  • Online (asynchronous) assessments: You submit your medical history, symptoms, photos, and/or videos through a secure platform. A provider reviews the information and makes a medical determination without a live appointment.

While telehealth is a convenient and effective option for many situations, it is important to understand that it may not fully replace a traditional in-person exam, as providers cannot use physical touch or other senses. Additionally, care decisions rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Option 1: Prescription-Only Consultation

A fast, convenient way to request treatment for select conditions.

Patients will:

  • Select the type of prescription or condition from the list

  • Complete a secure online assessment (including medical history, symptoms, photos, and basic vitals)

 

What happens next:

  • A licensed telehealth provider reviews your submission

  • If appropriate, the provider will issue a prescription and send it directly to Cypress Wellness Pharmacy

  • In most cases, no live appointment is required (a provider may request one if needed)

 

Once we receive your prescription:

  • Our team will contact you to collect a $50 non-refundable processing fee

  • After payment, we will review the prescription(s) and discuss pricing and next steps with you

Option 2: Live Telehealth Appointment

Speak directly with a licensed provider in real time.

Patients will:

  • Schedule a virtual appointment directly through our telehealth partner

  • Pay for the visit through their platform (not through the pharmacy)

 

During your visit:

  • The provider will evaluate your condition, discuss symptoms, and determine appropriate treatment

 

If a prescription is issued:

  • It will be sent directly to Cypress Wellness Pharmacy

  • Our team will contact you to review pricing and coordinate your medication

Our Role in Your Care

 

At Cypress Wellness Pharmacy, we work alongside your telehealth provider to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. Once prescriptions are received, we:

  • Review all medications for safety and accuracy

  • Provide transparent pricing

  • Offer guidance, counseling, and wellness support

 

We’re here to help you every step of the way — even beyond the prescription.
